We may charge the following fees:
  (1) Fees for processing your application;
  (2) Fees for conducting your background checks;
  (3) Fees for issuing your initial license;
  (4) Fees for renewing your initial license;
  (5) Fees for issuing your non-expiring permit;
  (6) Annual fees for maintaining your permit; and
  (7) Fees for amending your permit.
