Rule 745.913 When Does Licensing Check Whether Someone Is Ineligible to Serve As A Controlling Person at My Child-care Operation?

Licensing will check to determine whether someone is ineligible to serve as a controlling person, when: (1) You submit an application for a permit; and (2) Any time we receive information that identifies someone as a controlling person.
