Rule 747.4009 Do the Indoor Useable Activity Space Requirements in 747.4001 of This Title (relating to How Many Square Feet of Indoor Useable Activity Space Must I Have for Each Child?) Apply to My Home If It Was Registered Or Licensed Before September 1, 2003?
If you were registered or licensed before September 1, 2003, you are exempt from this requirement until your permit to operate is no longer valid.
