(a) A caregiver must always be awake when caring for a child needing constant supervision, such as a medically fragile child or a child that is an immediate danger to self or others.
(b) To facilitate continuous care for a child, the caregiver may move a child to a location where the caregiver can directly and continuously supervise a child until there is no longer an immediate danger to self or others. The caregiver must provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for the child.
