Sec. 7958.0201.  GOVERNING BODY; TERMS.  (a)  The district is governed by a board of five directors appointed as follows:
(1)  three directors appointed by the city; and
(2)  two directors appointed by the Smith County Commissioners Court.
(b)  Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
