Sec. 8000.153.  WATER AND SEWER RATES.  Notwithstanding any other law, the district shall establish the same rates for residential and commercial classes of customers for the provision of water and sewer services.  For purposes of this section, the commercial class may not include apartment complexes or other multifamily dwellings.
