The Texas Workforce Commission hereby adopts by reference the terms of a memorandum of understanding entered into with the Texas Commission for the Deaf set out in §181.912(a) and (b) and §181.915 of this title (relating to the Texas Department of Correction and the Texas Workforce Commission).
