Sec. 8041.0107.  EFFECT OF ANNEXATION.  Notwithstanding any other law, if all of the territory of the district is annexed by the city into the city's corporate limits, the district:
(1)  retains all of the district's outstanding debt and obligations; and
(2)  is not dissolved.
