(a) The advisory board is required to meet at least once each quarter, or as needed, to review received applications and recommend awarding grants under this chapter to public junior colleges, public technical institutes, public state colleges, charter schools, and school districts.
(b) Meetings shall be subject to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act.
