In accordance with the Act, the Agency established JET, which shall be administered pursuant to the Act and this chapter to award grants from the JET fund for the development of career and technical education programs at public junior colleges, public technical institutes, public state colleges, charter schools, and school districts that meet the requirements of Texas Education Code, §134.006 and §134.007.
