Sec. 81.200. TRANSFER OF RECORDS. The head of the transferring inpatient health care facility shall send the person's appropriate medical records, or a copy of the records, to the head of the health care facility to which the person is transferred.Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
