SUBCHAPTER B.  BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sec. 8163.051.  DIRECTORS; TERMS.  (a)  The district is governed by a board of five directors.
(b)  Except as provided by Section 8163.053, directors serve staggered four-year terms.
