SUBCHAPTER D.  GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Sec. 8251.151.  OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TAX.  The district may impose a tax for any district operation and maintenance purpose in the manner provided by Section 49.107, Water Code.
