Sec. 8278.155. Payment of Tax Or Assessment Not Required.


Sec. 8278.155.  PAYMENT OF TAX OR ASSESSMENT NOT REQUIRED.  The district is not required to pay a tax or assessment on:
(1)  district property; or
(2)  a purchase made by the district.
