SUBCHAPTER D.  GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Sec. 8298.151.  TAX METHOD.  (a)  The district shall use the ad valorem plan of taxation.
(b)  The board is not required to hold a hearing on the adoption of a plan of taxation.
