Sec. 838.002. PROVISIONS INAPPLICABLE TO CASH BALANCE GROUP MEMBERS. Sections 838.102, 838.103, 838.1035, 838.105, 838.106, 838.107, and 838.108 of this chapter do not apply to a cash balance group member.
