Sec. 8428.001.  DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:
(1)  "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2)  "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(3)  "Director" means a board member.
(4)  "District" means the Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 50.
