(a) Driver training providers must submit a Statement of Assurance as prescribed by the department to demonstrate course materials have been updated to reflect the latest changes to applicable laws.
(b) Failure to make necessary changes and submit a Statement of Assurance reflecting the changes may subject the licensee to administrative penalties and/or sanctions.
