Sec. 8802.003.  DISTRICT TERRITORY.  The district is composed of the territory described by the Texas Water Commission's August 15, 1986, order, as that territory may have been modified under:
(1)  Subchapter J, Chapter 36, Water Code; or
(2)  other law.
