(a) A local Communities In Schools (CIS) program or a developing program must submit a grant application each year in accordance with procedures established by the commissioner of education.
(b) To remain eligible for grant funding, a local CIS program or a developing program must meet all deadlines and requirements set forth in §89.1511 of this title (relating to Performance Standards and Revocation of Grant Award) and in the grant application.
