Sec. 9005.001.  DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:
(1)  "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(1-a)  "Director" means a member of the board of directors of the district.
(2)  "District" means the Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1.
