Sec. 9055.262. Bonds Exempt from Taxation.

Sec. 9055.262. BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION. A bond issued under this subchapter, the transfer of the bond, and income from the bond, including profits made on the sale of the bond, are exempt from taxation in this state.
