Sec. 9061.103. Limit On Eminent Domain.

Sec. 9061.103. LIMIT ON EMINENT DOMAIN. The district may exercise the power of eminent domain only:

(1) in Harris County; and

(2) when necessary to carry out the purposes for which the district was created.
