Rule 91.73 Responsibilities of Licensee--onsite Availability of Law and Rules

A licensed breeder must maintain at each of the breeder's facilities a current printed copy or an electronic copy, in a manner prescribed by the department, of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 802 and rules adopted by the commission regulating licensed breeders.
