Sec. 92.308. LOCAL FILING OF CONVERSION ORDER REQUIRED. The savings bank shall file a copy of the order of conversion in each county in which the financial institution that converted owned real property at the time the conversion took effect.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
