(a) The executive director will establish annual agency HUB participation goals making use of disparity studies, including the study described by Government Code, §2161.002(c), as well as other relevant information and complying with 34 TAC §20.13 (relating to Statewide Annual HUB Utilization Goals).
(b) The department will make a good faith effort to meet or exceed the goal established under subsection (a) of this section.
