Sec. 1501.055.  APPLICABILITY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION LAW TO TEXAS HEALTH BENEFITS PURCHASING COOPERATIVE.  The Texas cooperative is subject to the public information law, Chapter 552, Government Code.
