(a) Any person who produces citrus nursery stock for the purpose of sale or distribution must hold a valid nursery floral certificate, in accordance with Chapter 22 of this title (relating to Nursery Products and Floral Items).
(b) A nursery floral certificate application and a schedule of fees can be obtained from the department website at: www.TexasAgriculture.gov.
