(a) The department at any time may terminate for cause a certification issued under this subchapter.
(b) The department will send written notification of the termination to the engineering firm and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The department will not accept a report under §28.86 of this subchapter (relating to Bridge Report) from the firm after the date of the notification for termination.
