Sec. 451.517. BOARD MEETINGS: RULES AND BYLAWS. A board by resolution may adopt rules and bylaws for the conduct of board meetings. These rules and bylaws shall be recorded in the minutes of board meetings.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
