Sec. 52.005. BALLOT CONTENT DETERMINED ACCORDING TO PRECINCT. The ballot for an election precinct may contain only those offices and propositions stating measures on which the qualified voters of the precinct are entitled to vote.Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
