Rule 702.317 Does the Department Have Other Rules Providing for the Release of Information Relating to A Child Abuse Or Neglect Investigation Or Child-care Licensing Regulatory Activities That Are Not Covered by This Subchapter?

Yes. For more information on what the department may release to specific persons, categories of persons, or to the general public: (1) for investigations conducted by the Child Protective Services division, refer to Subchapter B, Confidentiality and Release of Records, in Chapter 700 of this title (relating to Child Protective Services); and (2) for Child Care Licensing regulatory activities, including investigations of abuse or neglect conducted by the Child Care Licensing division, refer to Division 3, Confidentiality, in Subchapter K, Inspections and Investigations, of Chapter 745 of this title (relating to Licensing).
