Rule 745.8601 What Happens If I Am Deficient in A Minimum Standard, Rule, Statute, Specific Term of My Permit, Or Condition of Probation?

If you are deficient in a minimum standard, rule, statute, specific term of your permit, or a condition of probation, we may take one or both of the following actions: (1) Offer technical assistance; or (2) Recommend or impose an enforcement action against your permit.
