(a) The annual training for normalcy must include the curriculum components covered in the pre-service training for normalcy, see §749.882 of this subchapter (relating to What curriculum components must be included in the pre-service training for normalcy?).
(b) Subsequent annual training for normalcy should include curriculum components that further develops and refines the employee's knowledge and understanding of normalcy, including how to implement normalcy.
