IDDO staff have access to data and systems maintained by HHSC and DFPS necessary to complete their investigation of a contact, including the Client Assignment and Registration (CARE) system, the Community Services Interest List (CSIL) system, Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT), and the Texas Unified License Information Portal (TULIP).
