Rule 91.90 Administrative Sanctions and Penalties

A person that violates any provision of the Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and 802, this chapter, or a rule or an order of the executive director or commission will be subject to administrative sanctions and/or administrative penalties under Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and 802, and applicable agency rules.
