(a) The department shall certify the applicant as an SBE or deny the application within 90 days after the date that the department receives a satisfactorily completed application.
(b) If the application is denied, the department will notify an applicant in writing and state the reasons for the denial.
(c) A firm may not reapply for SBE certification within 12 months after the date of a denial notice.
